Youth Nationals 2012 - Results

The Youth Nationals was held in KZN from 29th - 30th September. Over 100 youth competed at Kloof High on the first day and at the Old Mutual Sports Hall at UKZN on the second day. All competitors were tested over the course of 3 routes before it was decided who would go through to semi-finals and finals. Some spectacular final routes kept the crowd entertained and nervous competitors gripped, wondering what the final outcome would be.

Well done to all the kids who competed in the KZN lead comp league. Results from the finals are below along with the team list and winning school. Many thanks to all the teachers, coaches, belayers, scorers, route setters and other helping hands without whom such events would not be possible.

KZN Inter-school Bouldering League - Final results

Well done to all the kids who competed in the KZN Schools Bouldering League. Congratulations to Westville Girls High who won the School cup by "a landslide".
