IFSC World Cup Competitions
South Africa has a possible entry of two athletes per gender per discipline at a world cup. A call for interest was published early in 2025 and qualified athletes selected based on their performances in the SA National Championship held in 2024

We are thrilled to have Sixteen climbers competing in World Cup and European Youth Cup competitions this year. Let us give them our full support.

The cost of competing at a World Cup competition are the responsibility of he competing athlete. SANCF will invoice the relevant cost of the annual IFSC Athlete Licence fee and competition fees on confirmation of attendance. The costs can be seen in the .pdf document.
